notice because Village records indicate you have failed
to purchase a Village of Maywood vehicle license and are
thus in violation of Section 70.20 of the Maywood
Village Code.
The vehicle with the
Illinois license plate listed is registered with the
Illinois Secretary of State to an address within the
Village of Maywood. Pursuant to Section 70.20 of
Maywood Village Code, the owner of any vehicle
registered with the Illinois Secretary of State to an
address within the Village of Maywood is required to
purchase and display a vehicle license sticker from the
Village.

You are receiving this notice because Village records
indicate you have failed to purchase a Village of
Maywood vehicle license and are thus in violation of
Section 70.20 of the Maywood Village Code.
Pursuant to Section 70.20
of Maywood Village Code, the Village may issue through
the U.S. Mail, citations to all vehicle owners who the
Village finds to be in violation of this section based
upon a review of Village and Secretary of State Records,
regardless of whether such vehicle is physically present
in the Village. Such citations may be served by mailing
the citation to the vehicle owner at the address
provided for the owner in the Secretary of State
records.
