Maywood
Resource Center - WebQA
The
Village has contracted with WebQA Inc. for a comprehensive
citizen service communication tool that enables residents to
interact with the Village over the phone, in person or
through the web. The new Maywood Resource Center,
accessible via the Village website, gives residents a
central location to ask a question, find an answer and
request a Village service. Residents are also given a
reference number, which can help them track the status of
their inquiries and service requests in the system.
