FEMA Declarations & Applications

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and locally the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA), takes the lead in identifying and declaring regions of the country as a disaster area.  The Village of Maywood is covered under the jurisdiction of Cook County, when these declarations are given.
