Sidewalk Repair Program
Through
the 50/50 Sidewalk Replacement Program, the Village and
residents equally share the cost of replacing dangerous
sidewalk within the right-of-way. Sidewalks covered under
this program can include a break or lift of at least 1½
inches, cracks over 50% of the entire square, sunken causing
drainage problems or missing sections of concrete.
Residents must fill out the application and return it to
Village Hall as soon as possible. The program is conducted
on a first come-first served basis and a contractor working
for the Village will remove and replace the existing
sidewalk in accordance with Village specifications.
Applications can be downloaded from the Village website, as
well as picked up from Village Hall, 40 Madison – 2nd
