The Village Manager is responsible for the budgets and operations of all Departments of the Village of Maywood. 

William Barlow, a 32-year veteran of municipal government, has extensive public service experience.  Prior to becoming Village Manager of Maywood, Illinois, Barlow was the Interim Village Manager for Pingree Grove, Illinois.  Other posts include Village Manager of Winfield; City Manager of Xenia, Ohio; and City Manager of Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
