MAYWOOD'S WELLNESS CHECK PROGRAM
This is a free
service offered by the Village of
Maywood for residents who are Senior
Citizens and/or Physically
Challenged. If you live alone and
want to participate in this program,
you can fill out an application, be
placed on our Automated call List
and receive a check-up call at your
convenience.
The Village is able
to offer this new Wellness Check
Program through our recently-updated
Reverse 911 system. Applications
can be downloaded from the Village
website, as well as picked up from
Village Hall, 40 Madison – 2nd
