Loan Terms - Unsecured loans up to $4,000. - Fixed interest rates of 6%. (Monthly payments equal approximately $122 (principle + interest) for a loan of $4,000 at 6% with 36 payments. - Repay the loan over three years. - Single family homes and 1-4 unit buildings are eligible.
