MAYWOOD HOSTS 5th ANNUAL

JOB FAIR ON WEDNESDAY MARCH 23

 FIVE MAYORS PLUS COUNTY BOARD PRESIDENT CELEBRATE FIRST PROPERTY DEVELOPED BY HOUSING COLLABORATIVE

The Village of Maywood will host its fifth annual job fair on Wednesday, March 23 in the gymnasium of the Maywood Multi-Purpose Center, 200 S. 5^th Avenue.  The job fair will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“At a time when unemployment is high and competition is fierce for too few employment opportunities, the Village of Maywood once again welcomes the opportunity to help our residents find jobs,” Mayor Henderson Yarbrough Sr. stated.  The mayor once again expects more than 25 employers to talk to hundreds of Maywood residents who are looking for employment.
