Maywood Swimming Pool Season

Marks Official Beginning of Summer

“Everybody jump in the pool” is Maywood’s official call to summer since the Fred Hampton Family Aquatic Center opened for the season on Monday, June 21.  The village swimming pool is located in Veteran’s Park at 3^rd Avenue and Fred Hampton Drive.

Open swim pool hours are 1 pm to 5 pm Monday through Thursday and Saturday and Sunday.  Friday hours are 1 pm to 7:30 pm with a one hour break between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.

The aquatic center is available for lap swim on Tuesday and Thursday from noon to 1 pm.  On Monday, Wednesday and Friday between noon and 1 pm, the pool is reserved for day care centers.

Daily fees will be $3 for youth under 17 and $4 for adults.  An all-day pass is $5.

Annual pool passes are $70 for Maywood adults and $100 for non-residents.  Youth passes are $55 for residents and $85 for non-residents.  A family pass is available--$115 for residents and $155 for non-residents.
